Shipping Policy
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Free tracked delivery is available across the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch, and tracking is sent when the order ships. Delivery times are estimates; carrier, customs, weather or address-related delays can occur. Please check your delivery details before ordering. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may cancel your online order by contacting us within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. After telling us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Please contact us through the Contact page before sending anything back. Products should be unworn and returned with their original packaging. Customers normally cover return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect. If a strap has been cut or altered beyond normal inspection, a refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
